RHOI loan management system

The lender was managing loans manually, which made it hard to track balances, overdue payments and follow-ups. They needed a reliable system they could use from a phone, with accurate money handling and a clear record of every payment.

We built a mobile-first web system that handles the full loan cycle: client records, loan creation with different repayment schedules (weekly, biweekly, monthly or single payment; flat, reducing-balance or interest-free), payments and receipts. Every payment is recorded permanently with reversal entries instead of edits, so the books stay trustworthy. The dashboard shows live balances, overdue loans, dues for the next seven days, a collections chart and exportable reports, plus a follow-up list for promises to pay. It installs on a phone like an app.
